The Albert Lea Boys Track and Field Team competes in the Big Nine Conference and attends approximately 12 meets in the Spring. The team has Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Junior High levels of competition. The team competes in Section 1AA for both MSHSL Championships and True Team Championships.

The Albert Lea Tigers Boys Basketball Team is a part of the Big9 Conference and is in Section 2AA. Head Coach Harrison Koetz has been the Tigers Head Coach for the past 5 seasons, where the program has seen improvements every season from when he took over.
